The Manager of Corporate Publications maintains the company’s manuals and manual system and subscription services.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
The Manager of Corporate Publications (MCP) reports to the Executive Director of Flight Operations. The Manager of Corporate Publications is responsible for managing company manuals and subscriptions.
Duties, Responsibilities, and Authority· The Manager of Corporate Publications is responsible for and has the authority to ensure the quality of management of the System Safety Elements outlined in the General Operations Manual.
· Follow the procedures contained in the Corporate Publications Manual.
· Ensure that proposed manuals and revisions are consistent and accurate with other company manuals using the Manual Interference Matrix.
· Ensure that all company manuals and changes to those manuals are distributed through the Corporate Publications Department in accordance with the Distribution Process [FAR 121.137, 135.21].
· Issue company manuals to each employee per the Employee/Manual Distribution Matrix.
· Ensure that the company’s standard manual format is utilized in the production of all company manuals and revisions.
· Maintain a master copy of all company manuals.
· Maintain a database of each manual’s Distribution List. The database shall list each manual assigned to employees, contract facilities, and the Federal Aviation Administration personnel. Please send resumes along with salary requirements

Position 1:
The technical writer will work directly with technical illustrator’s to develop ICA for R22, R44, and R66 Illustrated Parts Catalogs using Adobe InDesign software. The ideal candidate will be: able to work independently, familiar with large document layout and management, able to read blueprints, and familiar with ATA-100 or similar specification.
Examples of responsibilities include evaluating catalog content for accuracy against engineering drawings, for logic of presentation when catalog is used independently or in conjunction with maintenance manuals or other service documents, for backward compatibility with earlier revision aircraft and components, for currency and completeness, for catalog agreement with stock availability, and permission-levels with regard to illustrations and ordering
Position 2:
The technical writer will work directly with technical illustrator’s to develop ICA for R22, R44, and R66 Component Maintenance Manuals using Adobe InDesign software, in accordance with 14 CFR Part 27 Appendix A (§ 27.1529). The ideal candidate will have similar qualifications to that of Position 1, previous exposure to Part 145 operations, and successfully completed RHC’s Session l & ll Component Overhaul Courses.
Examples of responsibilities are similar to that of Position 1, and include the preparation and validation of maintenance procedures for a multitude of components.Writing and editing, including, but not limited to: articles, papers, reports, plans, technical manuals, etc.

The Inventory Management Supervisor reports to the Manager of Inventory Control and performs
physical inventories and cycle counting activities of aircraft parts and components and runs inventory reports and develops counting plans. This position creates and maintains large Excel spreadsheets of inventory data utilizing the FlightDocs Computer Tracking system as the software platform to account for the California Pacific Inventory.
Produces documentation and reports summarizing count results and submits to management for approval. Conducts inventory accuracy cycle counting and charts results. Coordinates all counting activities with Storeroom personnel and line maintenance managers. Must be able to flex work shift to work weekends as needed in order to minimize the interruption to Storeroom activities during the conduct of cycle counting.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general direction from the Director of Ecommerce the Web Developer assists in the design, development and production of a variety of web pages, DRUPAL page templates, content management integration, email campaigns and landing pages as part of the Allegiant Sales and Marketing Team. The Web Developer will also be responsible for content updates to the public website.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
– Maintain and update website content including but not limited to: travel advisories, terms and conditions, FAQ’s, contract of carriage, hotel and product updates, ticket counter hours, schedule extensions, fees, careers page, YouTube video inclusions, and other requested items as needed
– Ensures consistency, accuracy and compliance to W3C standards, maintaining SEO standards, utilizing version control software (SVN)
– In conjunction with the Advertising Team, creates HTML and graphics for email campaigns and landing pages for sales and other communication
– Designs and develops DRUPAL page templates and data forms for content management of the website

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
– Must have strong design and programming skills, a strong graphics background, understand information architecture and have the expertise to maintain varied types of content
– Must have a diverse background in coding, implementing and supporting dynamic content
– Must have a deep understanding and knowledge of PHP, DRUPAL and SQL
– Some knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Marketing is a plus
– Some knowledge of Email Campaign Optimization is a plus
– Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and with others, possess strong communication skills and have the ability to manage projects
– Must possess a web-based portfolio of prior work
– Must pass a ten (10) year background check and pre-employment drug test
– Must have authorization to work in the U.S. as defined in the Immigrations Act of 1986
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent; Degree in Information Technology preferred or an equivalent combination of experience, education and training preferred
EXPERIENCE: : A candidate must have at least three (3) years of demonstrable experience with website development and deployment
