Component/Hydraulic Technician

JOB SUMMARY: The responsibility of a Component/Hydraulic Technician is to assist in ensuring aircraft maintenance repair duties are carried out in accordance with the Power Systems Maintenance Procedures Manual and such other applicable Company policies and procedures. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: #8226; Carry out and complete work assignments on customer components and hydraulics as directed #8226; Complete work sheets and other required Company documents for all work accomplished as directed #8226; Responsible for the disposition of parts issued from stores as directed #8226; Ensure that safety precautions are being observed #8226; Attend training courses as directed #8226; Assist in miscellaneous duties as directed #8226; Maintain and ensure a safe working environment #8226; Provide mentoring and direction to junior employees ACCOUNTABILITY: #8226; Contribute to the ongoing improvement of the maintenance repair processes #8226; Maintain the high morale and sense of shared direction of the Company #8226; Project a positive image of your work and Company #8226; A sense of ownership #8226; Ongoing personal and professional growth
