BIGHORN AIRWAYS is seeking an experienced Chief Inspector. Bighorn Airways is a diverse aviation company which includes operating a fleet of aircraft on US government contracts for smoke jumping and para-cargo operations in Alaska and the lower 48. BHA also conducts agricultural operations, charter, and helicopter ops, and is a DOD approved carrier. BHA also operates a Part 145 MRO which specializes in CASA and Dornier maintenance, special mission modifications, avionics installation, and general aviation aircraft support. Bighorn Airways has been a leader in the aviation community in Wyoming and the Inter-mountain West for 50 years.Initial salary will evaluated during the interview process. The right individual for this position should have significant regulatory compliance and policy development experience, as well as aircraft records and maintenance program management experience. Experience with Honeywell TPE 331 series engines, P&W PT-6A engines, Garmin avionics, NVIS systems, CASA 212 or Dornier 228 aircraft is desirable.
